I felt the need to leave a review. It’s not often that I am impressed by customer service lately. I am going through some big life changes and needed renters insurance while selling my home. For me, a lot of these changes have been challenging and has had some learning curves and set backs. I wanted to write a review for an incredible person that has helped me through this process. Jessica P with State Farm. From the very first phone call to present, she has continually made my experience trouble free. She made this process so streamlined that I was comfortable asking about also moving my car insurance and kids to State Farm auto Insurance as well. This is when her professionalism and knowledge of her company really started to shine. I was beyond impressed and felt like she completely made me her priority by how knew the answers to all my question's. I had a few minor hiccups with the drive safe beacons, set up and shipping and she walked me through it step by step. Going out of her way to make things easier for me. 5 stars across the board.
