Debbie is our wonderful office manager and she has been service State Farm for over 36 years! She is licensed in property, casualty, life, and health. Her favorite thing about State Farm is our dedication and continued service to our customers. Debbie’s favorite part of her job is getting to make the lives of her customers a little better and helping situations go more smoothly. She works well in claims and customer service, and can answer just about any insurance question imaginable! Debbie is originally from Mitchell, SD and went to Mid America Nazarene College. In her free time she loves to spend time with her husband and 2 dogs at home in Spring Hill, KS. She also enjoys DIY projects and reading!

Glenda is one of our wonderful account associates. She has been with State Farm since the 1970’s and has over 40 years of experience working with claims. She works well in home and auto insurance. Her favorite thing about State Farm is the consistent stability and professionalism the company provides to its employees. Glenda loves people and loves helping them even more. Everyone in the office always loves eating Glenda’s delicious homemade treats she brings in! She is always here to answer any questions you may have about your policies, and you can rest assured you and your family are in safe hands with her extensive experience!

Melanie is our amazing customer relations representative. She has been with State Farm for almost 20 years. She is licensed in property, casualty, life, and health. One of Melanie’s favorite things about State Farm is their mission statement of helping people manage risks of everyday life recover from the unexpected and realize their dreams since 1922. Being the top insurer in the U.S. we are able to focus on our policy holders needs only – and she loves that! Melanie’s favorite thing about serving our customers is her ability to make a difference with the level of personal service we provide to our insured’s, by taking the stress out of insurance and developing lasting and trusting relationships that are both personal and professional. Melanie works well in bundling policies to increase savings, checking discounts, on-boarding new customers, and focusing on overall customer relations. Melanie is an Olathe native and attended Blackbob Elementary School, Indian Trail Middle School, and graduated from Olathe South High School in 1989. She currently resides in Spring Hill, KS and when she is not working you can catch her spending time with her loving husband of 30 years, 5 kids, 4 grandchildren, and 2 Rottweiler's! She also loves taking family vacations to the Lake of the Ozarks to boat, traveling, visiting zoos, and watching all kinds of sports. Melanie is one of the kindest people, and your insurance needs will not only be met – but exceeded – with her experience, customer service, and passion for helping people!

Veronica just recently joined our team here at the Hale Agency, working in customer relations and greeting our guests as our receptionist! She loves helping our customers find the perfect fit for their insurance needs and making sure they are well protected! She has 2 years of experience working in insurance and is also currently taking classes at Johnson County Community College with a focus on forensic psychology. In her free time she can be found training for marathons, perfecting her martial arts skills, or cooking delicious vegan food with her family. We feel super lucky to have Veronica on our team!

Erica is the marketing director for our agency. She just started her career with State Farm. Erica is licensed in property and casualty insurance and spends most of her time out of the office making relationships with customers. Her favorite thing about State Farm is being able to provide customers with top level service and being able to make connections with our customers on a personal basis. Erica is originally from St. Louis but graduated from the University of Kansas with a degree in sports marketing. She has spent the last 11 years staying at home with her 3 daughters and got her insurance license in 2020. She is passionate about pursuing relationships with others and meeting new people. In her free time, she can be found traveling, working out, on the sidelines of the soccer field for her daughters games, or reading.

Itzel is such an asset to our team here at the Hale Agency! She provides the most friendly and helpful customer service, and has a passion for selling life insurance as it's SO VERY important to protect our loved ones! She's a devoted mother to her daughter and enjoys spending time with her family! She is also a bilingual fluent Spanish speaker! We owe her our gratitude as well, as she served in the Air Force for 7 years...we thank her for her selfless service to our country! She loves spending her time with her husband, 2 cats and 2 dogs. She has a passion for travel as well, and can be found reading any time she gets a chance to!

Chloe is the first face to greet you as you walk into our office...always with a big smile on her face and a warm welcome! She loves meeting our customers and getting to know them on a personal level!! She is super excited to be getting married in March and enjoys spending time with her family so much! She comes from a family of 10 so she is very family oriented to say the least! Chloe also has a passion for photography and has a strong faith that is very important to her.
